How we approach the work

Nurturing leaders, transforming futures, strengthening communities

We believe lasting change happens through relationships. We partner with local youth, families, and faith communities to build a network where no one falls through the N.E.T.-nurturing potential, equipping leaders, and transforming lives for generations to come.

01 / Principle

Nurture Young Leaders

We invest in youth development that transforms lives and strengthens families, churches, and communities for generations. Our focus is building Christ-centered character and leadership capacity, not temporary programs.

02 / Principle

Youth-Centered Focus

Young people are the future leaders of our families, churches, and communities. Our role is to nurture, equip, and transform youth with Christ-centered values and practical skills to strengthen the next generation.

03 / Principle

Accountable and Transparent

Independent board oversight, conflict-of-interest policies, and public reporting on every dollar. Accountability to the families and communities we serve and the supporters who fund us is the precondition for everything we do.

Our Vision

Christ-centered leaders transforming families, churches, and communities

We envision a statewide network where generations of youth are nurtured, equipped, and empowered to become leaders who strengthen their families, churches, workplaces, and communities. No one falls through the N.E.T.-together, we ensure every young person has the support and opportunity to discover their potential and grow in faith.

When young people are equipped to lead with purpose and faith, entire communities are transformed. Our mission is to be the safety net that catches every youth and launches them toward their calling. - Serving Others Selflessly, Vision Statement
