Leadership team

Guiding SOS forward.

Noel Trevino

President and CEO

Noel Trevino is the Founder and President of Serving Others Selflessly (SOS), a faith-based nonprofit committed to mentoring at-risk youth, strengthening families, and developing future leaders through faith, service, and meaningful relationships.

Professionally, Noel is a senior operations leader with more than two decades of experience leading complex, multi-state operations in healthcare, occupational health, safety, compliance, and service delivery. Throughout his career, he has led large teams, developed leaders, implemented operational improvements, and built scalable systems that support organizational growth across highly regulated industries. He holds master’s degrees in Business Administration and Healthcare Administration and has earned professional certifications, including Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and OSHA credentials.

Beyond his professional career, Noel has devoted much of his life to serving others through ministry and mentorship. Since 2001, he has volunteered in numerous church ministries, including youth ministry, children’s ministry, worship ministry, juvenile detention ministry, prison ministry, discipleship, outreach initiatives, and community service projects. These experiences have shaped his belief that lasting transformation begins with authentic relationships, biblical truth, and consistent investment in people’s lives.

For many years, Noel also volunteered with a youth leadership and law enforcement mentoring program, where he taught leadership, character development, teamwork, personal responsibility, and community service. He has additionally served as a mentor within a public school mentoring initiative, encouraging and supporting students through positive role modeling, accountability, and personal development.

Noel founded Serving Others Selflessly from a conviction that every young person deserves someone who will believe in them, invest in them, and help them discover their God-given value and purpose. His vision is to unite churches, schools, businesses, volunteers, and community partners to create sustainable opportunities for youth and families through mentorship, leadership development, life skills education, and compassionate support.

Through servant leadership and a commitment to excellence, Noel strives to build an organization that not only meets immediate needs but also equips individuals to become people of character, faith, and purpose who positively influence their families, communities, and future generations.

“Serving others isn’t simply an act of kindness. It’s a lifelong commitment to reflecting Christ by investing in people and helping them become who God created them to be.”
